All services are performed by trained technicians using industry-standard equipment and practices.

  • All quoted and listed prices are GST inclusive.
  • Prices may vary based on tyre brand, size, model, and specific vehicle requirements.
  • Surcharges apply for larger vehicles that exceed standard 4WD sizing, including oversized wheels, modified suspension systems, and vehicles requiring specialised tools or labour.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Severely damaged wheels
  • Difficult-to-remove tyres
  • Non-standard or aftermarket wheels
  • Extra balancing weights required
  • Emergency or after-hours mobile services

Any price adjustments will be communicated before work begins.

πŸš— 1.3 Bookings, Cancellations & Mobile Call-Outs
Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in-store.

  • For mobile services, customers must provide accurate address details and ensure safe and legal access for technicians.
  • A call-out fee may apply, depending on location.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • If a customer is not present or fails to provide access at the time of booking, a missed appointment fee may apply.

  • Payment is required in full upon completion of services.
  • Accepted payment methods include EFTPOS, credit card, and cash (in-store).
  • Tyre and wheel orders may require deposits for special-order items.

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information (make, model, tyre size, modifications).
  • Disclose any known issues such as wheel damage, locking nuts, or missing components.
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible, safe, and roadworthy for work to proceed.
  • For mobile services: provide a safe working environment, clear parking, and access to the vehicle.

GH Tyre Services is not liable for delays or inability to complete work where customer responsibilities have not been met.

  • Tyres and wheels sold come with manufacturer warranties as applicable.
  • GH Tyre Services provides workmanship warranty on services performed, limited to correct fitting, balancing, and alignment services.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, negligence, or driving on flat tyres
  • Damage from accidents, potholes, kerbs, or off-road use
  • Issues arising from vehicle suspension or mechanical faults not related to our services

Customers must retain invoices for warranty claims.

  • GH Tyre Services takes all reasonable care with customer vehicles.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing tyre or wheel damage, including corrosion, cracked rims, worn studs, broken locking nuts, or stripped threads.
  • Vehicles must be inspected by the customer before leaving the premises or before technicians leave a mobile job site.
  • GH Tyre Services is not liable for loss or damage caused by factors outside our control (weather, theft, vandalism, mechanical faults, manufacturer defects).

πŸš— 1.8 Wheel Alignment & Balancing Limitations

  • Wheel alignment results may be affected by worn suspension or steering components.
  • Extra labour may be required where components are seized or damaged; additional charges may apply.
  • Perfect balance may not always be achievable with damaged, bent, or heavily modified wheels.

πŸš— 1.9 Mobile Tyre & Battery Services

  • Mobile technicians may refuse service if the site is unsafe, sloped, obstructed, or otherwise unsuitable.
  • Mobile battery services depend on compatibility with the vehicle’s electrical system.
  • In some cases, services may need to be completed at the workshop for safety or equipment reasons.

1.10 Special-Order Items

  • Special-order tyres, wheels, or batteries may require upfront deposits.
  • Deposits for special orders are non-refundable unless the product is unavailable or delayed significantly by the supplier.
  • Returns are not accepted for special-order items unless defective.

GH Tyre Services reserves the right to refuse service where:

  • The vehicle is unsafe
  • The customer is unreasonable, abusive, or non-compliant
  • The work required exceeds the scope of our services
  • Environmental conditions or safety risks are present

Mobile Car Detailing - Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (β€œTerms”) apply to all mobile car detailing services provided by GH Car Detailing Services (β€œwe”, β€œus”, β€œour”). By booking a service, the customer (β€œyou”, β€œyour”) agrees to the following terms.

  • 2.1 All services are performed based on the information provided at the time of booking.
  • 2.2 Vehicle condition can vary, and final pricing may differ depending on the actual state of the vehicle upon inspection.
  • 2.3 We reserve the right to adjust pricing where additional time, labour, or products are required.
  • 2.4 All prices advertised or quoted are GST inclusive.
  • 2.5 You must ensure your vehicle is accessible and parked safely in an area suitable for detailing.

  • 2.6 You must inform us at the time of booking whether power and water are available on-site.
  • 2.7 If no power or water is available, additional charges may apply or services may be limited.
  • 2.8 Unsafe working environments (e.g., steep driveways, unshaded areas in extreme heat) may result in refusal or rescheduling.

2.9 Prices may be adjusted if your vehicle’s condition is more challenging than expected, including but not limited to:

  • Excessive pet hair
  • Heavy stains
  • Biohazards (urine, vomit, faeces)

  • Sand, mud, mould, or food contamination

Surcharges apply to:

  • Heavily soiled interiors or exteriors

  • Vehicles larger than standard 4WD dimensions

2.11 GH Car Detailing Services does not guarantee the removal of:
Deep scratches

  • Permanent stains
  • Acid etching
  • Oxidation
  • Clear coat damage
  • Paint defects
  • Mould embedded in HVAC systems
  • Burn marks or torn upholstery

2.12 Some contaminants may be reduced but not completely removed due to age, material type, or severity.

πŸš— Pet Hair, Biohazards & Odour Removal

  • 2.13 The Pet Hair Removal service includes pet hair removal only.
  • 2.14 Cleaning of pet urine, vomit, faeces, or other biohazards is NOT included in the pet hair removal service.
  • 2.15 These issues are addressed only in the Premium Detailing Package and incur additional charges based on severity.
  • 2.16 Strong odour removal may require multiple treatments or may not be fully achievable.

2.17 Buffing is a basic buffing service designed to improve surface shine only.

The service does not include:

  • Paintwork inspection
  • Deep colour restoration
  • Clarity restoration
  • Glass polishing
    Deep scratches, heavy oxidation, water spots, or severe defects cannot be removed through this service.

We may refuse buffing work on:

  • Vehicles with very old, deteriorated, or unstable paintwork
  • Vehicles that have been repainted within the last 12 months
  • Surfaces showing signs of clear coat failure

  • 2.18 Hand Polish provides light enhancement only.
  • 2.19 Deep scratches, swirl marks, heavy oxidation, or severe defects cannot be removed with hand polishing and may require:
    Machine polishing (not included)
  • Repainting (customer responsibility)

πŸš— Engine Bay Detailing Terms
2.20 Engine Bay Detailing includes light cleaning and dressing only.

We may refuse service if:

  • The engine bay is excessively oily or greasy
  • There is a high risk of damaging exposed wiring or components
  • The engine bay contains heavy contamination requiring mechanical or degreasing work beyond the scope of detailing

  • 2.21 You must disclose any known issues affecting your vehicle, including electrical faults, leaks, or prior paintwork.
  • 2.22 You must remove personal items from the vehicle before service.
  • 2.23 We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

  • 2.24 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
  • 2.25 Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  • 2.26 If weather conditions prevent safe work, we may reschedule at no penalty.
  • If a customer is not present or fails to provide access at the time of booking, a missed appointment fee may apply.

2.27 All care is taken during detailing, but GH Car Detailing Services is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Wear and tear
  • Paint deterioration
  • Mechanical issues resulting from age or condition
    You acknowledge that some results cannot be guaranteed due to vehicle age, material type, or severity of damage.

  • 2.28 Before and after photos may be taken for quality assurance.
